Way back in 1932 Leatherdale Marine first opened its doors as a new marine dealership in Orillia, ON. Prior to that, it had operated as a tire dealership for a number of years.

Since opening as a Marine in the Orillia area, we have been located in three different places with four different owners. Its first location was on the corner of Mississauga and Front Street before relocating to Lacie Street. Shortly after this move, the dealership burnt to the ground. Our next move was to the Narrows on Atherly Road until 2004.

In 2004, we moved to our current location where our 20,000 sq. ft. location at 5571 Hwy. 12 South in Orillia. Our facilities at this location allow us all of the benefits of a modern ATV, snowmobile and marine dealership. Our large indoor showroom allow us to display many of our Sea-Doo PWCs, Can-Am/BRP ATVs, Evinrude Johnson outboard motors and Bentley Pontoon boats.

Our fantastic ownership team of John Higginson and Bill Jones have allowed our customer base to expand beyond the Orillia area into Barrie, Parry Sound, Midland, GTA and beyond.
